    This Landlord can only accept tenants with a transitional reason, meaning students, post-graduate students, phd researchers, interns, or fixed-term contract workers

    IMPORTANT: In order to secure the stay, this Landlord requires the following documentation to be sent as soon as the booking has been confirmed:

    • copy of valid identification document or passport
    • date and place of birth
    • copy of last 3 pay stubs if worker, or parent if student
    • address of residence
    • reason for stay
    • Italian tax code, if you already have one (otherwise you will have to request it before entry)

    IMPORTANT: Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send to the Landlord the required documentation for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from Spotahome (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.

    • Check-in must be done in person between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. .

    Arrival time must be communicated and agreed upon no later than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.

    • Check-out must be done by 11:00 am.

    Any time shift and/or change request is possible only upon confirmation.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
    • Direct debit of the rental payment
      Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.

    If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
