The apartment is arranged over two levels and includes a main bedroom with a queen size bed and extra-thick mattress, a single bedroom with pull-out second bed, a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom with large shower and washing machine, a bright fully equipped kitchen, and a quiet workspace with a spacious table. The large private terrace offers unparalleled views over Genoa’s rooftops and harbour. It is ideal for digital nomads, remote workers, couples and small families. Guests receive fresh drinks and snacks from local producers on arrival. Please note: the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift, the stairway is being refurbished, and there is no TV. Via Prè is authentic and central but can be dirty and socially complex, with visible drug use or sex workers nearby. It is not generally unsafe, but guests sensitive to this environment may prefer another area.
