House San Martino is an elegant and comfortable apartment located in the San Martino area of Genoa. The apartment consists of a kitchenette with a dining area and living area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed. The living area leads to the (tiled) garden equipped with table and chairs. House San Martino has undergone a recent and complete renovation in modern style with fine finishes. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is located in the vicinity of San Martino Hospital, an area convenient to transportation and services. The location of the accommodation is ideal for a vacation to discover the city, with its characteristic Old Town, the Cathedral, the Ducal Palace, the Aquarium, the Old Port, the various museums and the noble palaces of Via Garibaldi and also a starting point for excursions throughout the Ligurian Riviera.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
