This apartment is located in one of the most emblematic and picturesque areas of Granada. This location is within walking distance of the city center, allowing easy access to places like Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral, and the famous Alhambra, about 15-20 minutes on foot.
The University of Granada is quite close, especially the Campus de la Salud and the Fuentenueva University Campus, making it ideal for students.

Spacious and modern house, with plenty of light and a patio.
Things to keep in mind
The Albaicín is known for its Moorish architecture, narrow streets, and stunning views of the Alhambra. Additionally, it is near other notable places such as the Mirador de San Nicolás and the Parque de las Ciencias. The area is well-connected by public transport, especially buses that quickly link to the city center and other parts of Granada.
