This nice 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Callejón del Boli is on the ground floor. Entering the apartment from the street, you arrive in a cozy combined kitchen, living, and dining room. There are a few unique features including exposed brick. The kitchen has a window and is fully equipped. The rest of the space is furnished with a dining table and sofa. The first double bedroom is bright and has an ensuite bathroom. The second double bedroom is modeled after a wine cave.

Living in the Albaicín neighborhood, you are steeped in history. Narrow winding streets make up most of this area. You’ll spot Moorish influences in the medieval architecture. You’re a few minutes away from Palacio de los Cordova and 20 minutes from the Alhambra. For entertainment, the Cuevas los Tarantos Flamenco Theater is a few minutes out. And if you prefer to try your luck, there is a Flamenco dance school just 5 minutes from your new home.
