Featuring all necessary furniture and appliances, this apartment is perfect for students attending University of Granada and those who prefer to live close to the city centre, easily reachable in just a few minutes. The surrounding area is full of cafes, restaurants and shops and the picturesque Parque Gracia Lorca is just a short walk away. The area of the apartment is 130m2.

- The cosy living area features a large sofa and a dining table.

- The apartment has two shared bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and one with a bathtub.
- Please note that this apartment has the same layout and communal areas as shown on the video, however, bedroom 1 is furnished with a single bed instead of a double and the apartment only has 4 bedrooms.
