Rooms are for rent to females only in a huge 15-bedroom apartment in the Los Pajaritos area of Granada. Shared areas include a very spacious kitchen / dining room with plenty of space for all tenants, lots of appliances, and enough space in the fridge for everybody; and a living room with sofas, balcony and a huge dining table. The kitchen and some bedrooms have access to an interior patio. There are also 5 shared bathrooms.
The apartment is located within walking distance of the city centre, and very close to Granada train station. It is right behind the University of Granada Fuentenueva campus, making this a perfect place to live for students.
