There are rooms for rent in this modern 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a spacious 95 m² footprint on Pedro Antonio de Alarcon, in Ronda. This neutrally decorated apartment has a small living area, and a modern well-equipped kitchen.
This apartment is just a quick 4-minute walk from García Lorca Park, and a 13-minute walk from the Catedral de Granada so there is plenty to explore within walking distance. There is also a supermarket right next to the front door, and multiple restaurants and shops around the area.
What we liked the most
- The interior living area is a great place to meet with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The Translation faculty of UGR is only a 10-minute walk away & Campus Fuentenueva only 13 minutes
Things to keep in mind
- The bathrooms are shared, one has a shower over bath, toilet and sink, while the other has just a toilet and sink.
- There is no AC, but there is heating.
