Room placed in a third floor with big windows facing the super bright Calle Sol. It´s equipped with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, couch, desk and chair. Bed sheets and towels will be provided.
Apartment is fully equipped, with all needed elements in the kitchen and two fridges.
Centralized heating for winter and ceiling fan in the room.
All expenses (water, electricity, gas, internet) are included in the rent, with a cleaning service of the common areas once per week.
