La casa consta de dos plantas se alquila la planta de arriba con un acceso independiente.
La Zubia es un lugar especial: conserva un ambiente de pueblo, cercano y auténtico, pero está a solo unos minutos de Granada capital. Aquí puedes pasear con calma, comprar en comercios locales, disfrutar de bares y restaurantes cercanos y, al mismo tiempo, sentir la seguridad y el silencio que muchas veces se echan de menos en la ciudad.
Una de las grandes ventajas de esta casa es su entorno natural. Estás a las puertas del Parque Natural de Sierra Nevada, perfecto si te gusta caminar, hacer deporte o simplemente desconectar rodeado de naturaleza.
