Está totalmente prohibido las fiestas ,fumar y molestias a compañeros ,pose vidiovigilancia para protección de ellas .se podrá rescindir el contrato por el propietario tras el segundo aviso de incumplimiento de normas .totalmente prohibido fumar . En el piso .las zonas comunes son de uso exclusivo de los residentes en el piso .nose aceptan salidas anticipadas y que el precio está con descuentos para largas estáncias .no aceptamos corta estancia. La mensualidad se paga completa independientemente de la fecha de entrada o salida. Y no se alquila a estudiantes que no estén en la universidad
