This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Periodista Francisco Javier Cobos on the border of Barrio de los Periodistas and La Chana areas of Granada. The rooms are only for students; an ideal accommodation for those looking to study in Granada, as several campuses of the University of Granada are located walking distance (23 minutes) from the apartment. In addition to its proximity to the university, tenants will have access to the apartment community pool. The area of the property is 110 m2.
Room description
This bedroom is furnished with a single bed, desk, and a chest of drawers. The room has a heating unit and has its own key. It is an exterior room with street views.

What we liked the most
- The apartment has access to the pool, which will be a nice relief from the summer heat.
- The balcony is exterior and has a view of the mountains of Granada; great spot to take a break from studying! The living room is quite comfortable as well, with a large L-shaped sofa.
- In addition to the full bathroom equipped with a shower, there is a bathroom with just a toilet and a sink.
Things to keep in mind
- The community fees (approximately 23€ per tenant; about 70€ per month total for the whole apartment) is NOT included in the rental price. Fortunately, the landlord assumes the cost of any unrented rooms, so tenants only have to worry about his part of the fees.
- The 2 single rooms are small, but it has a lot of storage space and a nice view of the mountains.
