This 30 m² studio available for rent offers a very cozy and spacious home for a student or professional. The studio is extremely bright, with multiple windows lining one entire wall. The apartment has wood flooring and wall tiling with designs, giving it some extra personality. There are 3 distinct areas: the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The bedroom has a single bed, but there is a bed in the living room which can also be used as a couch. There is 1 full bathroom.
The studio is located in the best neighborhood in Granada, the center. Although there are many bus lines that pass by, you can easily reach most places by foot. In the surrounding area, you have plenty of bars, shops, and supermarkets. For the shopaholics, the main shopping streets are only minutes away.
What we liked the most
- There is one whole wall covered in windows, keeping the studio constantly sunlit.
- The studio has a single bed, couch, desk, 2 standalone wardrobes, and a TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, 2-burner plug-in stove, washing machine, and dining table.
- The bathroom has elegant wall decorations and is quite spacious.
- The location can't be beat, with all the services you can imagine within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- The studio is an interior apartment, but it receives plenty of natural light and has a very quiet and peaceful environment.
- The building does not come equipped with an elevator.
