This 25 m² studio, which is furnished with a single bed and has a lot of storage space, is available to rent on Calle Moral de la Magdalena. The main room gets a lot of natural light from the 2 balconies which also provide a nice breeze to keep the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and there is a dining table with room for 5 people.
The property is located in an artsy part of central Granada where you will find lots of alternative shops, cool boutiques and tattoo parlors. You will also be close to the city's most famous sights, including Granada Cathedral, Plaza Bib-Rambla and Parque García Lorca. The city's commercial area with excellent shopping and lots of friendly bars and restaurants is also close by.

- The main room has 2 balconies. Making the apartment bright with natural light and providing a breeze.
- The property is located in a central and vibrant area where there is a lot to see and do.
