This 25 sqm studio apartment is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Realejo, on Cuesta Rodrigo del Campo street. It is small but perfectly equipped to accommodate a single person or a couple with one modern bathroom and a main room containing a double bed, the living area and a kitchenette where you can prepare your meals. The apartment is situated within an attractive historical building.
This interior flat is centrally located and within walking distance to the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There are several bus lines serving the area allowing you to reach other corners of the city with no-hassle.
What we liked the most
- The double bed is located behind a sheer curtain providing a bit more privacy.
- The air-conditioning unit will allow you to stay cool in those hot summer months, and there is also a heating unit for winter.
- There is a large shelving unit behind the bed where you can keep your clothing, books or other personal items.
- There is a shared laundry room within the building and you can dry your washing in the sunny terrace.
- The kitchen can be tidily stored away behind some wooden doors.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no TV in the apartment.
- The kitchen doesn't have an oven but there is a 2-element stove which can be used to cook.
