Gemütliche Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Graz. Die Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, Küche + Esszimmer und Bad & WC ist vom Hauptbahnhof bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist hofseitig ausgerichtet - ruhig ohne Verkehrslärm.
Die ca. 30m² große (kleine), gemütliche Wohnung gliedert sich in Schlafzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich sowie einem Sanitärbereich mit Bad und WC. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein 1,60 x 2,00m Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa 1,80 x 1,05m. Aufgrund der hofseitigen Ausrichtung und der dicken Wände ist kein Straßenlärm hörbar und das Apartment bietet den Gästen einen ruhigen Rückzugsort inmitten von Graz. Weiters herrscht aufgrund der dicken Wände im Sommer ein kühles bzw. im Winter ein warmes, wohliges Wohnraumklima. Es gibt die Möglichkeit ein bzw. mehrere Fahrräder während des Aufenthaltes sicher zu parken.
Um für die Gäste einen reibungslosen und wunderbaren Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten, werden folgende Utensilien zur Verfügung gestellt: - Herd inkl. Backofen - Kühlschrank - Wasserkocher - Kaffeemaschine - Küchenhelfer (von Pfannenwender bis zu Korkenzieher) - Geschirr & Besteck - Töpfe & Pfannen - Geschirrtücher & Vetex - Geschirrspülmittel - Seife - Toilettenpapier - Handtücher - Waschmaschine - WLAN - Smart TV (YouTube, Video-Streaming zB Netflix, Internet surfen, HDMI Anschluss für Laptop, etc.) - Bücher für gemütliche und erholsame freie Minuten und Stunden
Die Hausgeldkosten sind in der monatlichen Miete enthalten. Ein Mindestaufenthalt von 1 Monat/en ist erforderlich. Es ist möglich, direkt online zu buchen.
