Diese Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Hamburg Eppendorf. Fußläufig ist die U-Bahn Station Lattenkamp oder die Bushaltestelle Schubackstraße in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Theater, zig Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermärkte z.B. am Winterhuder Marktplatz, sind ebenfalls in einem Radius von Min. erreichbar. Die Wohnung wird vom Eigentümer selbst bewohnt, ich bin jedoch einige Monate im Jahr im Ausland. Aus diesem Grund möchte ich unbedingt die Mieter vorher kennenlernen, da nur wenige Schränke verschlossen sind. Die Alster verläuft direkt vor dem Haus. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es auch diverse Bootsverleiher und eine tolle "Strandbar".
