This unique, high-quality and fully equipped 3.5 room apartment (90sqm) with balcony in Hamburg Uhlenhorst is only 3 minutes walk from the Außenalster. Due to the living and dining rooms that merge into each other, as well as the large windows or the balcony door, this modern apartment also visually conveys its generous cut. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a bar counter with two bar stools and a washing machine, the bathroom has a bathtub with shower. The bedroom is equipped with a three-door, high-gloss closet. There is internet connection via high-speed wi-fi. The view from all windows offers a lot of greenery in the middle of Hamburg and very well-kept, modern or classicist house facades. The staircase of the apartment building is modern, bright and very well maintained. A single garage is located directly in the house with access via Karlstraße.
About the location: Uhlenhorst is a very desirable, central Hamburg district on the eastern shore of the Außenalster with excellent infrastructure. Bus lines (8 min. to the main station, approx. 8 km to the airport), fitness club, stores, supermarket, restaurants and bars etc. are in the immediate vicinity. Foot and bike paths to the city center lead completely along the Alster, past various boat docks, sailing clubs, meadows for sports, restaurants and bars (possibly with the legendary Hamburg sunset over the Alster).
