The total rent shown includes all costs. It includes full equipment, heating, electricity, water, gas (assuming normal consumption), TV, internet, stairwell cleaning and winter service, a spacious storage room on the floor and a free parking space in front of the house.
The apartment is very centrally located in Hamburg Groß Flottbek, directly at the "Elbe-Shopping-Center" closed to DESY and Airbus and many other Companies.
