Modern full equipment, stylish furniture, warm and cozy atmosphere. Charming apartment building in a quiet one-way street with good, free parking. Very central but quiet and very green location, 5 min. walk to the river "Leinpfad" and 10 min. to the lake "Alster". Subway, bus stops in 2-3min. Gastronomy, shopping, doctors, schools etc. near by. The area is characterized by stately old villas and lots of greenery and water. The apartment is on the first floor.
