In einer stilvollen Jugendstilvilla mit großem Garten und insgesamt sieben Zimmern wird ein möbliertes Zimmer zur Miete angeboten – ideal für eine berufstätige Person mit Sinn für Ästhetik, Ruhe und gepflegtes Wohnen.
Zur Auswahl stehen:
– 24 m² Zimmer, großzügig und hell – 22 m² Zimmer mit eigener Loggia (6 m²) – mit Blick ins Grüne, perfekt zum Entspannen
Das Haus wird derzeit von mir und meiner Katze Emmy bewohnt. Es ist ruhig, mein Büro befindet sich ebenfalls im Haus. Gelegentlich ist eines meiner Kinder zu Besuch. Die gemeinschaftliche Nutzung von Küche, Wohnbereichen, Garten und Grillstelle ist selbstverständlich.
