The studio is very quiet in a well-tended park-like garden Winterhude, characterized by the proximity to the Alster and the villas, is one of the most desirable residential areas in Hamburg.
The apartment is within walking distance of the Alster, the towpath canal and the 180-hectare city park, a well-known leisure and local recreation area with an outdoor pool, sports areas, boat rentals, etc. Small shops, cafes and restaurants can be found in Dorotheenstrasse, Mühlenkamp and Poelchaukamp.
In addition, the shops for daily needs are located within walking distance of the "Winterhuder Marktplatz". Gyms can be reached on foot at Winterhuder Marktplatz, in Robert-Koch-Straße and in Krohnskamp. The "Winterhuder Fährhaus" also offers a changing theater program.
