Winterhude characterized by the proximity to the Alster and the residential development is one of the most desirable residential areas of Hamburg. The apartment is located within walking distance to the Alster, the Leinpfadkanal and the 180-acre park, a well-known recreational and recreational area with outdoor pool, sports fields, boat rentals, etc.
In the Dorotheenstraße, the Mühlenkamp and the Poelchaukamp are small shops, cafes and restaurants. Furthermore, the shops to cover the daily necessities of life are located within walking distance of the "Winterhuder Marktplatz".
