Renovated furnished flat in central location. The flat is located on the mezzanine floor of a listed, multi-storey residential building.

Through the entrance door you enter the hallway from which the bathroom with shower room leads off to the right. On the left hand side you enter the fitted kitchen. Through the hallway straight ahead you enter a living room which offers enough space for living, working and sleeping.

There is also a cellar room.

Fully equipped fitted kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots, etc. as well as coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

The living room has laminate flooring and the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

The living and sleeping area is equipped with a king-size bed (140 x 200), a wardrobe, a dining table, a desk, an armchair, cable TV, TV and WLAN.

Allergy-suitable duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.

Iron, ironing board, clothes horse and vacuum cleaner are also available.

Location: Winterhude is one of the most sought-after residential areas in Hamburg, characterised by its proximity to the Alster lake and its villa buildings. The flat is within walking distance of the Alster, the Leinpfadkanal and the large Stadtpark, a well-known leisure and recreation area with an open-air swimming pool, sports fields, boat rental, etc. The flat is also close to the city centre. The nearby (2-minute walk) underground lines U1 and U3 take you to Hamburg city centre, the exhibition grounds or Hamburg Dammtor station in no more than 8 minutes. Various bus lines also run from Winterhuder Marktplatz, especially night buses.
