Self-contained and fully furnished apartment completely with big triple-glazed windows, fitted out with a bed and mattress, desk and chair, padded seating cube, TV, kitchenette with two hobs, microwave, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and lighting throughout. From 18 sqm!
The property is located 20 minutes away from the city center and around 20-35 minutes to the more than 18 big universities in Hamburg (TU Hamburg, HAW, TUHH, MSH, Uni Hamburg, SHS...). It includes bike storage area, broadband, cinema room and TV area, common room, courtyard, games room, study area, and laundry area (washing machine 3€; dryer 2,2€).
