Located on Calle Lagasca you are just moments away from Madrid's Gran Via and Retiro park. Who doesn't want to live in central Madrid? You'll be surrounded by countless of restaurants, museums, nightclubs and various supermarkets where you can easily do your weekly grocery shopping. This third floor apartment comes fully furnished and you will be able to enjoy all of its amenities. The area of this interior studio is 25m2 but don't let that stop you - this apartment has absolutely everything you might need.

- Water fee and internet (where applicable): first month's fees to be paid before the contract start date, even if the check-in date is later; thereafter, to be paid monthly, in advance
- Example: if your contract term is 6 months, and you move in on the 10th January, you will pay a €90 admin fee (6 x €15) and the water and internet fee for January, before you move in. Then, before the beginning of February, you will pay the water and internet fee for February.
- Breach of tenancy agreement: €600 penalty
- Utility bills: €25 per month for water
- Check-in and check-out:
- Check-in: after 1600 on the contract start date
