This 29 m², recently renovated studio apartment with A/C is situated on Calle Lagasca in the heart of Madrid's affluent Salamanca. The landlord only accepts postgraduates and professionals in order to maintain a calm environment. Salamanca is filled with impressive architecture and a selection of interesting bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment has a spacious bathroom which is equipped with modern facilities. The living and sleeping areas are designed in an open-plan layout and furnished with a single bed, comfortable seating and storage facilities. The kitchen is compact and furnished with modern appliances. The nearest metro station is Serrano which can be reached in 6 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is an interior property, therefore the window looks out onto the interior patio and street noise cannot be heard.
  • This property is situated in the heart of Salamanca, which is not only picturesque and entertaining but also relatively secure at night time.
  • The apartment has A/C which is a vital luxury for properties during Madrid's hot summer.
  • The studio is close to several metro stations which provide access to the centre of Madrid's capital city.
