Muy luminosa, todas las habitaciones son exteriores, una de ellas (habitación dos) con balcón. Tienen un tamaño de quince, doce y ocho metros cuadrados respectivamente. Están totalmente equipadas, disponiendo de cama, mesita de noche, armario, televisión y ventilador de techo, donde se dispone de iluminación LED graduable y ventilador con varias velocidades para adaptarlo al gusto del inquilino.
