Founded in March of 2014 by 4 entrepreneurs, SPOTAHOME, winner of the South Summit 2016, is an online marketplace that offers everyone in the world the most comprehensive listings of apartments, rooms and residences in their city of destination. Potential tenants can securely book online a whole apartment or rent an individual room in a flat or a student residence from 1 to several months. Our revolutionary idea has led to a nationwide expansion to 17 cities spread in 10 countries and with more cities and countries in the pipeline!

SUMMARY

Spotahome is searching for a talented Business developer to join the team. This role will be responsible for optimizing strategic growth across acquired and potential Partnerships in French speaking regions by analyzing data, testing and creating his/her own new path to success. Spotahome is one of the best growing startups in Europe; seeking expansion, the company is delivering it services to 17 cities worldwide.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO, however the latter is not essential. Team work, creativity, sales and analytical skills are a must. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify strategic potential clients and partners.
  • Increase Spotahome brand awareness.
  • Increase Organic/Direct traffic and website reputation by Link building.
  • Develop communication channels between Spotahome and its affiliates, Key Account Management.
  • Develop SEO friendly content collaborating with the Marketing department.
  • Definition and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns "B2B"
  • High level contact with selected partners while running the marketing & sales campaigns - calls to prospects and sending out high quality emails to potential partners.
  • Analytical Reporting.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, knowledge of SEO is desirable
  • Team work + creativity
  • Be a native French speaker and any C1 of English, but other languages are huge plus.
  • Sales + Analytical Skills
  • Have experience using online software, site management and tools.
  • Being able to work on multidisciplinary projects at the same time and deliver expected results (Sales, Bookings, Client Onboarding)


BENEFITS

  • 18.000 EUR gross/year + incentives depending on performance.
  • 40 hours/week.
  • Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm.
