Doskonałe położenie w samym sercu Krakowa a jednocześnie przy spokojnej, zielonej ulicy. Zamek królewski na Wawelu, i Stare Miasto tuż obok, do modnej dzielnicy Kazimierz kilka kroków. Tu toczy się życie, tu są teatry, muzea, kluby, bary i restauracje. Są też Uczelnie. Całe Stare Miasto otoczone jest parkiem utworzonym na miejscu starych murów obronnych. Można tu biegać czy jeździć rowerem lub na rolkach.
