- Your contract start date should be the first available day in the calendar.
Dear Tenant please keep in mind before booking a room with us that:
a) Single room- 2750 per semester and 150zl less with a 12-month contract or 50zl less with an 11-month contract
b) Room for a couple - 2900 PLN for one semester and 200 PLN less as couple will be for 12 months
c) Contract starts from the beginning of September until the end of February.
- The price shown is for 5 months' stays only. The price will be lower for longer stays.
- Offer for 10 months: 100 PNL less
- Offer for 11 months: 200 PNL less
- The Landlord requires the tenant to pay a deposit of one month's rent and a one-time service charge of 350 PLN. The Tenant will receive a contract from us with the specified information that he has 2 working days for the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the deposit and one-time service fee then the booking might be not accepted.
