Il bagno, completo di tutti i sanitari e ampia doccia, è totalmente nuovo. Possibilità di utilizzo del giardino privato (dotato anche di gazebo fisso) dell'immobile nei mesi caldi, concordando lo stesso con i proprietari. WIFI incluso.
