L'appartamento di sessantatrè mq, a piano terra, con ingresso indipendente, è totalmente arredato. Possiede una grande zona giorno, con anche un divano letto a una piazza e mezza. Ampia camera da letto matrimoniale (non inclusa biancheria da letto). La cucina, completa, dispone anche di lavastoviglie. L'antibagno, con accanto un corridoio-disimpegno, è dotato di lavatrice. Il bagno, completo di tutti i sanitari e ampia doccia, è totalmente nuovo (non inclusa biancheria da bagno). Possibilità di utilizzo del giardino privato (dotato anche di gazebo fisso) dell'immobile nei mesi caldi, concordando lo stesso con i proprietari. WIFI incluso. NO residenza, NO subaffitto.
