The property must be delivered in the same conditions as it was delivered, otherwise an extra cleaning of 150€ will be charged. If due to the behavior of any of the occupants an altercation of public order occurs, the landlord reserves the right to vacate the property of all occupants. Do not throw waste, garbage or any other object down the toilet. It is not allowed to change any of the furniture in the house. Smoking is not allowed insiste. We can include the jacuzzi, but maintenance every 15 days would be charged separately, which is €60 each time.
