Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
  • Direct debit of the rental payment
    Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.

Spotahome ensures the rental conditions of the property to deliver an unparalleled experience.

If you decide to move out before your contract expires, a 30-day notice is required. Without it, you're still liable for the rental payment for these days, even though you're no longer staying at the property.
