Quartier très calme, les voisins sont des personnes âgées et les murs ne sont pas insonorisés donc pas de bruit (exception pour les enfants qui sont les bienvenus), pas de musique forte, pas de fêtes, pas d’alcool ni de drogues dans la maison, aucun état d’ébriété ne sera accepté, même occasionnellement.
Machine completement meublée, machine à laver, frigo, lave-vaisselle etc.

Pour personne sérieuse et calme, une sélection sera effectuée.
