Refurbished, it is located at the last floor of a modern secure and equipped with an elevator residence built in the early 2010s. This apartment is composed of 11 rooms, as follows: on the first floor, you will find a 12 m² kitchen, a bathroom of more than 2 m², an independent toilet, and 4 bedrooms between 12 m² and 15 m². On the second floor, there is a 12 m² living room, a second bathroom of 4 m² and 2 bedrooms. The first one measures 13 m² and the second 21 m², with a contiguous private 3 m² dressing room. All the rooms of the apartment have multiple storage spaces and are rented all equipped to facilitate the tenants' arrival. The apartment benefits from all the conveniences at its feet: supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, and sports facilities.
