Dans une grande maison, nous mettons à disposition des chambres à louer chez l'habitant parfaites pour des étudiants qui veulent étudier, se reposer et vivre, s'ils le souhaitent, une colocation sans les contraintes d'un bail solidaire. Ces chambres sont non-fumeur, et meublées (lit, bureau, armoire, étagère, mais aussi un lavabo avec miroir). Elles se trouvent chez l'habitant mais leur fonctionnement est indépendant de la vie des habitants (propriétaires). Elles fonctionnent avec deux salles de bain ( toilettes / douche ) et un séjour/cuisine meublé et équipé, dédiés aux locataires uniquement. L'ensemble des équipements des parties communes sont à disposition (lave linge, cuisine équipée, fer à repasser,...), aucunes dépenses supplémentaires d'électroménager ou d'équipement n'est à prévoir. Les locataires ont aussi la possibilité d'accéder au jardin et de venir avec leur vélo si ils le souhaitent. Cette location est idéale pour les étudiants étrangers ou français cherchant une colocation sans les contraintes du bail solidaire. Les logement sont éligibles aux APL.
