The house is in a residential area that is mixed (students, families,) and Croix is considered to be a nice safer town. Close to Lille but not as busy; a nice intermediate place. The nearest metro is five minutes walk away and you can get to Lille in twenty minutes. The house is welcoming, modern and colourful. It is fully equipped especially for international students as we know you can't bring everything with you. The shared areas are cleaned once every two weeks just to lighten your load, however you are responsible for cleaning your own private room and the bathroom.
