É um apartamento muito charmoso, com traça antiga e muita luz natural.
O bairro é tranquilo e está localizado ao pé de várias estações de metro, paragens de elétrico, de autocarro (nomeadamente o aerobus), paragens de táxi, estação de comboio e estação fluvial.
Vivo neste bairro há quase duas décadas e a grande vantagem é a possibilidade de me deslocar a pé para as principais áreas de Lisboa: Baixa, Restauradores, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Príncipe Real, Santa Apolónia, Alfama, Cais do Sodré e zona ribeirinha.
Uma das características de que mais gosto nesta zona são os miradouros com vista sobre o rio e a cidade, a quantidade de restaurantes, cafés e lojas por todo o lado, bem como a proximidade do Rio Tejo.
Para quem gosta de explorar a cidade, de história e de passear a pé, este apartamento é uma excelente opção.
