The internet connection is stable and fast. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and the mattress is super comfortable and new. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven. The bathroom is clean and functional. The building is cleaned daily and has a lift. The place is close to public transport (bus stop three minutes away and Arroios metro station 12 minutes away). There are many restaurants, cafés, bars and shops nearby.
