The flat has been completely renovated and is almost entirely surrounded by a balcony, which makes it very bright. It overlooks the Tagus River and you can see the sunrise, sunset and moon from the balcony. There are blinds if you want less light during the day. The place is spacious and very cosy for working and relaxing. The living room is integrated with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a desk with a comfortable chair and lamps for softer lighting, and a sofa. There is a small table that can be opened if you want to have a coffee or work while looking at the river. The internet connection is stable and fast. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and the mattress is super comfortable and new. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven. The bathroom is clean and functional. The building is cleaned daily and has a lift. The place is close to public transport (bus stop three minutes away and Arroios metro station 12 minutes away). There are many restaurants, cafés, bars and shops nearby.
