With easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, our place is your perfect home base for an unforgettable city adventure!
Welcome to Lisbon! Get to know the house:
LIVING AREA: - As you enter the house, you'll find a beautifully decorated and homely space with a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV and a big glass wall, leading to a sunny balcony. - Besides the living room, this space also features a modern kitchenette top-notch appliances, such as: a dishwasher, a laundry machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, an oven and electric stove, and a spacious fridge. Besides all the appliances, the kitchenette has all the utensils you might need to prepare your meals. - Furthermore, there's a comfortable dining area where all the guests can enjoy their meals.
BATHROOMS: - There are two bathrooms available, one as a en suite, and the other one on the common area. - Both bathrooms are modern and have a toilet, shower, sink, and large mirror. - A hairdryer is also available. Furthermore, fresh towels are provided to all guests.
BEDROOMS: - The apartment has 2 rooms, all freshly made with high-quality bed linen, comfortable mattress and pillows. - The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, as well as a spacious wardrobe and a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, a mirror and a wardrobe allowing the guests to store their belongings.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING THIS PROPERTY SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED (1000€): The security deposit will serve as a protection for any damages that may occur at the property. WELCOME KIT: To make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we offer a welcome kit that includes essentials for your first week of stay, such as dishwasher and laundry caps, toilet paper, and cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Things to keep in mind
- Please make yourself at home!
- Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
- Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
- Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
- Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
- Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
- Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
*The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.
