BEDROOMS This property has two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with a private bathroom, providing total privacy and comfort. The rooms have high-quality finishes and windows that let in natural light, creating a cozy and bright atmosphere. Bedroom windows open simultaneously as a window and a door.
LIVING AREA Decorated to the last detail, the living room is the heart of the property, an open and airy space with direct access to a private balcony, providing cable TV, a work area, and a dining area that can accommodate up to 4 people. This environment is ideal for relaxing or receiving friends. **Note - Living room folding door – please make sure curtains are fully opened before opening the folding door. Failure to do so could result in damaging the curtains and/or curtain rod**
KITCHENETTE The kitchenette is an example of functionality and modern design. Compact but complete, it is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, built-in microwave, and an integrated design fridge. Optimized with intelligent storage space, making the kitchen an efficient and stylish place to prepare meals. **Note - Instruction manuals for all appliances are in the cabinet above the microwave. If the “S” light is lit on the dishwasher it means salt needs to be added as per the instruction manual**

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING THIS PROPERTY SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED (1000€): The security deposit will serve as a protection for any damages that may occur at the property. WELCOME KIT: To make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we offer a welcome kit that includes essentials for your first week of stay, such as dishwasher and laundry caps, toilet paper, and cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Things to keep in mind
- Please make yourself at home!
- Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
- Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
- Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
- Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
- Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
- Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
*The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.
