Welcome to our homely two-bedroom apartment. Get to know it:
LIVING ROOM - With a spacious dining area and a comfortable sofa, this is the perfect room to relax in the evening or to enjoy a family meal. - There's also high-speed Wi-Fi and a SMART TV with plenty of international channels.
BEDROOM - The apartment has a spacious queen bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.
OFFICE - Thinking of your need to remote work, the apartment has a separate office area with a comfortable desk. - There's a sofa bed, accommodating two extra guest.
BATHROOMS - The apartment has two complete bathrooms, both with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. - All guests are provided with fresh towels.
KITCHEN - The modern kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you'll need during your stay.
PARKING - For your convenience, the apartment offers a garage space.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING THIS PROPERTY SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED (1000€): The security deposit will serve as a protection for any damages that may occur at the property. WELCOME KIT: To make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we offer a welcome kit that includes essentials for your first week of stay, such as dishwasher and laundry caps, toilet paper, and cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

- Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
- Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
- Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
- Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
- Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
