LIVING ROOM - The house has a spacious living room, framed by original frescoes on the walls, with a comfortable sofa and a SMART TV. - There is a spacious dining area that comfortably accommodates all guests.
KITCHENETTE - The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need during your stay, including an electric kettle, an oven and stove, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a capsule coffee machine.
BEDROOMS - The house offers two bedrooms with high-quality bedding. - There is a single bedroom with a private bathroom. - There is also a queen bedroom with access to a balcony fronting the Tagus River.
BATHROOMS - The apartment has 2 modern bathrooms with large mirrors, fixed showers, electric towel rails, and hair dryers. - Towels are provided for all guests.
*YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING THIS PROPERTY. SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED (1000€): The security deposit will serve as protection for any damages that may occur at the property. WELCOME KIT: To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we offer a welcome kit that includes essentials for your first week, including dishwasher and laundry caps, toilet paper, and cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.*

- Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
- Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
- Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
- Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
- Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
*The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.
