O apartamento tem um quarto amplo situado no piso superior, com casa de banho privativa com duche. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar principal, com acesso a um terraço. Existe ainda uma casa de banho grande com banheira e uma cozinha com uma pequena varanda. Atenção: este apartamento fica no 3º andar e não tem elevador. Também não tem televisão.
A localização é em São Vicente (perto da Graça e de Alfama) e a apenas 5 minutos a pé da estação de comboios de Santa Apolónia, onde pode apanhar o metro (2 paragens até ao Chiado). Convenientemente perto de todas as comodidades, farmácias, cafés, supermercados e restaurantes.

The apartment has a large bedroom on the upper floor with a private bathroom with shower. On the lower floor is the main living room with access to a terrace. There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with a small balcony. Please note: this apartment is on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. It also does not have a television.
The location is in São Vicente (near Graça and Alfama) and just a 5-minute walk from Santa Apolónia train station, where you can take the metro (2 stops to Chiado). Conveniently close to all amenities, pharmacies, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants.
