Inserido num prédio em bom estado de conservação, com dois elevadores, este apartamento situa-se no primeiro andar e inclui ainda garagem para carro pequeno e arrecadação.
A casa encontra-se totalmente mobilada, equipada e preparada para entrada imediata, sendo uma solução ideal para quem procura conforto, centralidade e uma estadia de média/longa duração em Lisboa, numa localização central e muito bem servida de comércio, serviços e transportes.
Vivi neste apartamento durante quase quinze anos e foi aqui que dei início a uma fase muito importante da minha vida. Casei, entretanto a família cresceu e, com três filhos, este apartamento acabou por se tornar pequeno para todos, motivo pelo qual decidimos mudar-nos.
Temos um carinho especial por este apartamento e esperamos encontrar alguém que o estime e nele se sinta verdadeiramente em casa.
