Spotahome's opinion

To call this apartment beautiful is an understatement. On the first floor, you will find a spacious bedroom and a large bathroom with bathtub where you can relax in after a long day. It also has a modern kitchen with dining space and a balcony with a lovely view of the colourful houses. The second floor is probably the best part of the house. It has a lovely living room with TV where you can relax with your friends and family. This floor also has a terrace with a view of the river! It is a lovely space where you can soak in the sun and get all the Vitamin D you need. Terrace, balcony, bathtub, what more could you ask for!

If all that was not enough, the location is also very central. It is literally surrounded by museums such as Museu Geológico. Museo de la Farmacia de Santa Catarina, Museum of Puppetry, Communication Museum, all within 10 minutes walk. There is the St. Benedict park, located 5 minutes away by foot. If you love nightclubs, INCÓGNITO nightclub is located only a minute away! Thus, no matter what you like, you will find something to do here.

What we liked the most

  • The room and the bathroom are very spacious and bright.
  • The view from the balcony as well as the view from the terrace is great!
  • We love the terrace because it receives so much sun, we can see ourselves tanning there.
  • The location is a cultural and learning hub with so many museums to explore!
