Spotahome's opinion

This 1-bedroom apartment is on the top floor of its building. It comes with an enormous terrace with absolutely stunning views. Both the kitchen and bathroom have a very Lisbon-style tile pattern on their walls. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, stove, and the washing machine. The bedroom features a double bed and a chest of drawers. There is one shared bathroom, which has a bathtub, mirror, sink, and storage below the sink.

This apartment is slightly north of the city center. It's near a library and the park Martires da Patria. A couple of streets over, you can try the many flavors of the various Indian restaurants. You can find a couple of small cafes, bakeries, and bars in the area, as well. There are also some cultural centers and a theatre not too far away.

What we liked the most

  • It's just a five minute walk to the Metro.
  • The property has a beautiful view.
  • You can find events at the nearby galleries and cultural center.
  • The kitchen and bathroom have a fun, lively tile pattern.
  • You'll also be near a park if you want to get some fresh air.

Things to keep in mind

  • Since it's on the top floor, the roof of some rooms is slanted.
  • There is a second room which is being remodeled and will be available in December. Come back soon for more pictures!
