O edifício foi completamente renovado e está localizado ao lado de um dos miradouros mais carismáticos de Lisboa - Miradouro de St. Catarina, também conhecido como Adamastor - com uma excelente vista sobre o Rio Tejo e a Ponte Vinte de Cinco de Abril. A maioria das melhores atrações turísticas, referências históricas, restaurantes e bares da cidade estão a uma pequena distância a pé e também tem fácil acesso aos transportes públicos. O apartamento é localizado na área onde as festas anuais dos Santos Populares acontecem durante o mês de Junho.

This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is for rent on Tv. Da Portuguesa, in the lively Bairro Alto, Bica, and Cais do Sodré area. The luminous space comes fully furnished, with a TV for entertainment, and a kitchen equipped with all you need to cook, including a coffee machine. The apartment is filled with warm lighting, and there is heating to keep you cozy during the winter months.
This apartment is located in an aesthetic, old fashioned side of town, complete with classic architecture and narrow streets. The Miradouro de Santa Catarina is just around the corner, a perfect spot for a photo opportunity, and there are several museums within the vicinity, such as the Museu Geológico and the Atelier-Museu Júlio Pomar!
What we liked the most
- This apartment comes with a very large living area, furnished with a couch and sweet pink sofa in the corner; the perfect spot for a reading nook!
- There is a dining table for you to eat your meals or work at.
- There is plenty of shelving beside the washing machine, perfect for storing linen.
- In the summer months, you can lean outside on your balcony and watch the old fashioned streets below.
- This apartment is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the amazing By The Wine José Maria da Fonseca! Take an evening to investigate the many delicious wines Lisboa has to offer.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment has no dryer, but you can dry your clothing on a rack.
