We think it’s perfect for a young professional looking to live in a trendy, unpretentious part of town. Far from the tourists, but close to the centre.

This is a light-filled 1st floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Travessa de Alcântara, Lisbon. It has a pleasant living area with modern decor. Double-glazed windows mean there's no noise.
It's perfect for young professionals who want to live in a hip neighbourhood with a real local atmosphere. And it's ideal for smokers: smoking is allowed here.

- Enjoying the tranquil atmosphere at home – thank you, double glazing.
- Exploring the LxFactory shopping area – these former industrial brick factories are now unique boutiques and cosy cafes.

- There's no elevator in the building... Luckily, you're only on the first floor. Your glutes just breathed a sigh of relief.
